By accessing and using the Site, including all free content, as well as subscription and premium services, newsletters, email updates, social media, etc., you are deemed to have agreed to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Copyrights and Limitations on Use

The content available through Site is the property of DTR or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws of the United States and international treaties, as well as other applicable intellectual property laws. No Refund Policy

Subscription fees/payments for DTR’s products/services are non-refundable. This means that if, for example, you pay for a one-year subscription and then decide you no longer wish to use the product, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription. However, we do allow subscribers to cancel at any time without incurring further charges. By making a payment to DTR, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to DTR’s No Refund Policy.

Automatic Renewal

By subscribing to our products/services, you agree to have your subscription automatically renewed and billed to your credit card at the beginning of each subscription period until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel at any time. When a subscription is canceled, you will continue to have access up until the end of your last billing cycle. It is your responsibility to cancel your service if you do not wish to renew a subscription.

Research Disclosure Policy

Our top ideas will be for MEMBERS ONLY. We will inform the public when the timing is right, but please leave that to us. Anyone caught sharing our research in public will be subject to legal action and a lifetime ban.

Limit of Liabilities
